It is against the law to send a letter to a news paper and sign someone elses name in some states still.
Hmm, yeah i can see how that could be.. Was it in any of the states he wrote to? Just wondering, havent heard anyone being up any possiable legal action.
::edit:: Well, i looked into it some.. Looks to be a misdemeanor in California atleast.. Might get a fine but i would doubt any jail time.
Funny thing is that this went on on a massive scale back when Dubya was in office. Except that the White House, the Pentagon, the Republican party, and other assorted political operatives flooded newspapers with stories, op-eds, letters to the editor, and other forms of political propaganda disguised as anything but that. I don't recall anyone going to jail, or even getting in serious trouble.
Judith Miller of the New York Times took talking points memos directly from Dick Cheney and included them in her columns as news, including some world class whoppers about Iraq's nuclear weapons program, and I don't even think she got fired from the NYT.
Now, that isn't to say I approve of this dipshit doing the same thing for Obama, but whatever the policy is, it has to be equal for any party, any president, any time period.
All his personalities...

So if this administration admitted that it was lying, then that would be the truth.
But how could they be telling the truth when everything about them is a lie?
(Okay, I stole that from one of the Harry Mudd episodes of classic Star Trek, but it fits!

Hope he has fun in jail.
