But the SEIU thugs who beat the living crap out of a protester, nah nothing should happen to them. Or better yet, the people who have been knowingly lying all along about global warming, they, they are the real victims here.

If you use the phrase "knowingly lying all along about global warming" it just might bite the deniers in the butt, because they certainly have been.

Do you remember the various phases of denial over the past several years?

1)THERE IS NO GLOBAL WARMING!

2)There is some warming, but none of it is being caused by human activity.

3)THERE IS GLOBAL COOLING!

There have probably been more, but I have lost track. Since not all of these counter theories can be correct, there must be some internal problems with the climate change denial movement. Maybe they are the ones that are lying about climate change.

Maybe neither side knows what the hell they are talking about.

Edit: The hackers should be prosecuted, if it is possible, and the "scientists" should be prosecuted for fraud.

The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

Yes, but only if there is actual fraud on the part of any of the scientists.

I see a very high likelihood that the 'fraud' is in the eyes of the hackers, who may have used illegally obtained material to put together a kind of Swiftboat campaign against the scientists.

Let's be clear, anyone who has done anything wrong should face the consequences, but that includes anyone who may have stitched together material to make it look as if the scientists were perpetrating a fraud. That would be a fraud, ironically enough.

At this point, I still have an open mind. I think the real story will come out, but one side or the other is certainly guilty of fraud. Which one isn't clear right now.

It hasn't been said by anyone other than the crack pots that global warming is what it is to the extent they say.

I heard on a radio show last week that even with todays computer technology and weather mapping capabilities that they can't recreate TODAYS weather with data from 10 years ago or even 5 years ago.

So who's the asshole with the crystal ball that isn't sharing lottery numbers with us?

That is moron Boxer for ya. Can't handle that their pet power grab is being slightly discredited by data manipulation and deleting data to hide their crimes, but shoot the messenger. Same with criminal ACORN on the sting videos, don't pay attention to the crimes that they brought to light....

how could the 'fraud' be in the eyes of the hackers? they did do anything wrong except hack into someone else's system. then they took the data and released it to the public. they did not 'stitch' anything together.

by the scientist's own emails are they guilty. they do not deny what is in the emails and have even acknowledged that they wrote them just as they were released by the hackers. their defense is that the rest of the world is too stupid to understand the emails.

Those hackers better hope that Boxer doesn't find a bunch of unpaid parking tickets.
