Nobel Peace Prizes are designated for progressives only. If you ever hear of a conservative being considered for one let the FF Nobel Peace Prize Command Committee know immediately.
Bush was probably nominated by an American. The Norwegians were certainly not going to give him a prize.
I dont think anyone else in the world would give him a prize BUT americans.
Yeah, i think most likley the changes from bush to obama a big part of it. Not many americans look at this with a global view though.
