The state representatives have more of a hand in the fall of Kawliphonia than the guv does.
The insane retirement benefits that the state doles out is sinking the state - much like others across the country.
The fed govt takes a 2 inch fish more important than millions of dollars of farm revenue.
The State is already in the red just after 10 weeks of passing it's budget. Imagine - they didn't take into account the recession when figuring the loss of income.
