It was previously operated by the Heritage Foundation, but is now owned and operated by Salem Communications. Townhall.com, which publishes daily, features more than 80 columns (both syndicated and exclusive) by writers such as Dennis Prager, Neal Boortz, Ann Coulter, Dinesh D'Souza, Larry Elder, Jonah Goldberg, Rebecca Hagelin, Paul Jacob, Paul Kengor, David Limbaugh, Michelle Malkin, Robert Novak, Thomas Sowell, Jacob Sullum, Mike Adams, Matt Lewis, Amanda Carpenter, Fred Thompson, Jeb Bush, and Cal Thomas. It also publishes news from the Associated Press. Its columnists often appear as guest commentators on C-SPAN, MSNBC, CNN, and the FOX News Channel. Townhall.com has become one of the top sites for grassroots activism and blogging for American conservatism. Top Arizona blogger and columnist, Gayle Plato-Besley, attributes Townhall.com with jumpstarting local activism: "It's through this venue that state and local political assembly and vital discourse occurs; it's an example of the First Amendment in action."

Yeah, I am going to take you and that propaganda traps word for everything..

::edit:: Looks like your sites stats are going down... Maybe you should take a break, go to rehab like kanye before this all blows up on you, yeah?

Once again, why should THIS president be held responsible for the behavior of some of his supporters when the LAST president wasn't even held responsible for his own behavior, much less the far more destructive behavior of those to whom he funneled billions of dollars?
Besides, is it even against the law to loan money to Martians and Klingons?

Gramps .. YOU complained every day about GW and the things he did ,, now you don't/won't/can't say boo when the shoe is on Obama's foot.

Why don't you admit that both presidents have some serious issues .. and even more so ... admit that our two party political system has failed and they are virtually the same run by power hungry individuals that listen to special interest groups over the people who elected them.

I did complain about Bush and was correct about a lot of it. So what is your point, that Bush was accountable to ME? He sure as hell wasn't to Queen Bee Nancy Pelosi who took any possibility of even looking into potential wrongdoing by Bush "off the table."

I didn't say throw Bush in jail for the things he did that were wrong, just look into them and get the facts.

I don't know why you can't see the difference here, Big T. Ham is calling for jail for OBAMA because of what some people at ACORN are doing, as if any wrong doing by anyone who supported Obama is cause against the president himself. To me that is a stark contrast to the attitude toward Bush, which was we don't even want to know what he, himself, has done.

Just look at this objectively and tell me if it is fair and balanced to hold one president responsible for the actions of his supports while another one isn't even responsible for his own actions. WTF?

And of course Obama is a flawed individual. Have we ever had one that wasn't? Even the best, Washington, Jefferson, and Lincoln were seriously flawed men. Lincoln was so depressed at one point he could probably have benefited from electoshock therapy and his wife was even crazier holding seances for their dead son in the White House. Everyone has flaws, so what?

My point is that since Obama has been elected you typically respond that it was OK with GW .. why complain now. You complained when GW did lot's of disreputable things .. but now you not only don't criticize his actions, you defend them tooth and nail. GW and Obama and OUR representatives in DC should be accountable to us .. not special interest groups. For the past 20 years, I sure haven't seen that, to the contrary, for the past 20 years something bad had been brewing in DC.

I'm not Ham calling for impeachment .. most rational people are not calling for the impeachment of Obama, nor of GW.

You seem to forget that congress approved of this war in the middle east and would not have happened without them. This was not a Clinton war in Bosnia that never got congressional approval. While the war would not have happened if it wasn't for GW pushing for it .. congress was also .. and still is a partner in this war.

Big T, you have not heard me (very often, anyway)defending Obama's policies because I am still not totally sure what is going on or if it is going to work. I am at heart a pragmatic guy, and I am glad when stuff works. I never trusted Nixon, but some of what he did worked and that is fine by me. I want to see my country do well and even if I am not totally on board with the policy, if it works, well alrighty-then.

How many times did I say that if Iraq became a beacon of freedom and democracy that all of the other Mideast countries wanted to emulate, that Bush would be hailed as a hero and no one would remember that he lied his ass off about WMDs and so on? (Congress wouldn't get that credit, or the blame for a disaster)

The real problem I had with Bush is that his policies led to the classic boom-bust cycle that we have every time someone decides to do things that way. His father did it to a lesser degree which led to the S&L crisis, Clinton did the same with lending which gave us the housing bubble, and so on.

Obama's one overriding concern is to prevent the Great Depression II that was looming on Election Day, and it looks like that is going to work, for now. Let's wait and see what happens, okay?
