Yeah, there have been comments just within the past couple of days blaming Obama for the jobless recovery. Now this recovery, if it is one, is only a couple of months old, and a remarkable accomplishment, if it is one, by the combination of what Bush did in his last few months and what Obama did in his first few months.
But how else to put 10 freakin' YEARS of no job growth in perspective but squarely on the shoulders of the people who were running things during that time period?
Keep in mind that those same people are militant about how wrong things are being run NOW and how we should hurry up and put them back in charge. 
Does 'When hell freezes over' work for you, cause that seems soon enough to me.

We gained jobs under Bush, so Obama is responsible for all the jobs lost in the last ten years.

We gained jobs under Bush. So if we lost net jobs over the last ten years, the lost jobs came while Obama was in charge.
