What's wrong with a little Clinton humor? Or Bush humor?

But I have to wonder why the FF is so worried about President Bush's feelings getting hurt when people tell Bush jokes?
Here is one I saw on a birthday card a few years back...
Dick Cheney says to Bush, "Good news Mr President we have a new member in our coalition, so we will be getting 50 Brazilian troops headed for Iraq."
Bush replies,"That is good news, Dick, but tell me one thing, how many is in a Brazilian?"
Someone is going to get upset about THAT???
Perhaps because it's "okay" to joke about someone's actions but it's a misogynistic personal attack if you call someone a bitch, or a ball-breaker, nutcracker, etc.
