You no longer have a Constitution.
I couldn't even make it half way through the bill. It's like the writers are going out of their way to make it unapproachable.
Of course not. Our government doesn't actually give a damn about the bill or the American public's health. All they want to do is to justify their necessity by making things as absolutely hard as possible for the average American, thus securing their power.
It boils down to who do you trust least, big gov or big buisiness? we are screwed no matter how you look at it.
Business controlled by just rule of law can be more trustworthy than the government, since they can try not giving you the right to sue them.
Because your health care will now become a political decision. What ever pleases the most voters, not you.
