Pretty funny actually.

I remember when Reagan was president, there was a group raising money to do this same thing, to get a third term for The Gipper. This looks to be exactly the same sort of scam as the 1980's version. I say scam because even, in the very unlikely event that a law was passed that made this possible, that the Supreme Court let stand, there is no way it could go into effect until a future president was in office.

So the people raising money for this cause are con artists stealing money from the gullible, just as they did in the 1980's.

There is a sucker born every minute, you know.
