I find it difficult to believe that CNN is wrong on this one.
I thought it was only fair to mention that this popularity poll about GOPers was done by the fine folks at the Certainly Not the News network.
Although I find it odd that those who consider CNN to be ultra-liberal (The Clinton News Network, etc) forget how rabidly those Clintonistas at CNN supported the whole WMD story in the run up to the Iraq Attack. I wonder if some day we will find out what was going on behind the scenes. At least some of the people at CNN were in a position to know that the whole thing was bogus, but no one said a peep. Curious.
One problem: He's not crazy so he can't win the Republican primary.
That's the whole point of it: You don't know what he is. What we do know is that he's a Republican who voted for Carter & Obama. WTF - over?
He still says he's a Republican too. That's why I voted 3rd party .. you can't tell the democrats from the republicans today ... meet the old boss ... same as the new boss ... same as it always was.
Indeed too true T. I almost went 3rd party as well - but have changed my thinking and feel we need go back to 1st principles and remove the posers and players (Powell is now merely an inside the beltway guy - and I don't know about all that "heroic" stuff) to rebuild.
