It is a long interview .. but worth listening too. William Black knows his stuff and spoke calmly and rationally. No partisanship .. plenty of blame to go around. Can I say that again .. no partisanship.

Bill Moyers is the last fair and balanced journalist, as this fair and balanced news site points out. The FF strongly recommends that any communication by Bill Moyers be listed to. It is journalists like Moyers that camouflage FF missions like http://tinyurl.com/3nkrp7 and use progressive ideology to destroy capitalism and then blame capitalism for the problem.
Your reference as "fair & balanced" must be in relation to a different Bill Moyers than the one American taxpayers pay for on PBS.
Oh, and someone asked where Congress was? Barney Frank, et al were busy enabling and propping up flawed policies and bad practices.
