I think you have to have family in Cuba to be able to go there, for now.
I am pretty sure that the cruise lines are just drooling over the prospect of making Havana a port of call on their Caribbean cruises, but that is just a guess.
I'm not going there until the Castro brothers are dead and gone and their brand of commie Police State government is gone as well.
I hope that is by the end of this year :)
For some reason, I think they'll keep like-minded people in power so their ideology continues. But one can always hope :)
