An Oklahoma City tattoo artist told KSBI-TV that the law is useless, in that "common sense" will prevent the problem.

So far, only the senators from Oklahoma seem to believe they have constituents who might actually ask for ink to be inserted into their eyeballs.

A good point about why we have so many laws in this world. Some people just can't stand what others do even when it doesn't hurt anyone but themselves. Some times people hurt other people or animals and you think that't not right .. there must be a law against it. As an example Alaska and Florida are just now 'considering' bestiality laws. WTF .. why would anyone want to have sex with a four legged animal or something with feathers or things withe scales ... etc on it??? So you can't find a partner ... then Rosie would do ... why involve some other creature that never did any harm to you. Do you have to have a law saying that is a bad thing ... couldn't we just throw them in the human blender or feed them to the fish without the judicial process involved. People are weird

I totally agree. This is nothing but an opportunity for these politicians to pose for a gullible public, while pretending to keep us safe from something that might never happen in the first place.

As for the bestiality situation in Florida, it seems a no brain-er that animals should be protected from this kind of abuse. Besides, this is something that actually happens, rather than some hypothetical situation.

But it seems many politicians, of every political persuasion would rather pander than actually do something of value for the people that vote for them.

Those asshats in Oklahomo should ban Monsters, Aliens and Ghosts within certain city limits.
