The Geneva Conventions obligate us to indict war crimes and try them in our own courts or turn them over to another party for prosecution. The wiretapping is a different matter and governed under the US constitution, and if Obama wants to do the same thing, then he should be impeached as well.

So uh.. Bush didn't cause all the problems, but because he created a divide, and that divide is somehow magically the root of all our problems, he must be prosecuted to do what exactly? Or will just deepening and widening that rift even more somehow help?
