This would protect the personal life of hunters like Dick Cheney (unfortunately)and lovers like Bill Clinton (fortunately), and would allow voters to put politicians in office based on the number of babies kissed by the politician and curb appeal rather than political issues which just cloud the voter's decision. I am for it.
