Yes, there are still some cons. Of course most of what we have ever been told about pot is BS, but there are some bad effects that still seem to hold up.
Pot smoking is bad for motor coordination, and pot smokers have more accidents than non smokers. Marijuana is like alcohol in this regard, but the effects wear off much more slowly. Pot smokers are a hazard on the road and on the job.
I think it should be legal, but that employers should be able to have policies against it and to test for it, depending on the kind of job a person does. It should be illegal to drive under its influence just as it is for booze.
No, smoking it is not good for you. You could vaporize it though and inhale it and then that'd be fine.

The idea that hippies are well organized is laughable. Have you ever met any? Did they seem capable of organizing anything besides a bong party?
Right wingers on the other hand are extremely well organized. The gun lobby, the abortion fanatics, the Puritan anti-sex anti-drug anti-rock & roll crowd, anyone who takes Ann Coulter seriously, anyone who takes O'Reilly seriously, anyone who takes Dubya seriously, and so on. Highly motivated, well organized and that is why they are running the country and not us.

Jeez. I've seen so many reports about positive effects from cannabis smoking lately. It's less addictive than coffee, much less harmful than alcohol and safer than smoking and now it even protects against cancer.
I see a lot of pros... Anyone know of any cons?
