Use it every day
This is a guy who has gone around since college days with a Confederate flag lapel pin on, with other Confederate flags displayed on his vehicles, in his office, and in his TV ads while running for office, and who has had, for years, a noose (for lynching) hanging in his office.
What do you think the chances are of a guy like that not using the N-word every day of his life?
The best part is that he grew up in the South, Southern California, that is.
Well, then say it, tough guy.
You can't vote for or against him, so why do you give a single thought to it?
A guy like Byrd is in the Senate, and that doesn't seem to bother to you. I mean, he said "nigger" just a couple years ago publicly, but that's okay with you.
However, if someone said it 30 years ago and that person doesn't affiliate with your political party, well then, hang him out to dry. Right?
True, but i suspect that Bird honestly regrets his past. Allen, I doubt.
not everyone says that word. maybe its just your environment. speaks volumes about you.
"man up, admit it. say " who really cares" and move on. that wouldn't get blown out of proportion like saying you never said it."
...i guess that's why you're not a political advisor.
You are not getting what I am saying. Personally I find Byrd and Thurman equally unacceptable. They are birds of a feather to me, even though they represented different parties.
I DO NOT have a different standard for those I vote for and those I vote against. What I found suprising, is that both of these guys didn't seem to stand out as bad senators. What I learned from that is that people I would never vote for, and whom I find to be objectionable, can still peform well enough as senators.
No double standard
litty
what a loser.
everyone says n1gger.
everyone.
don't even say "that word has never been part of my vocabulary". bullshit.
who gives a fuck. man up, admit it. say " who really cares" and move on. that wouldn't get blown out of proportion like saying you never said it.
