This question needs no answer really. Imperialists show not control anything this powerful. The Internet and guns should not be in the hands of the people either -- too dangerous. The Internet should be controlled by governments in rank of the populations they care for. China should have primary control. We have a good start at this as Yahoo and Google and others already work with China to provide the filtering required for a civil and free society.
