That has to be one of the lamest defenses I have ever heard.

Actually if you think about it a little more, blood alcohol, mass chemical imbalances and of course oxygen deprivation in the births resulted in many of our long loved serial killers. Dahmer, Bundy, and the sort. Shoddy defense yes, but it's miles away from LA LA LAND in terms of getting away with it by the magic "Plead the 5th in front of a congressional commission."

couldnt they use the fact that she was raised in W. Virginia as part of thier defense.
