Not in the way that them are meaning. The entire population of Jews are not responsible for Jesus' death, but just a small group that felt him threaten their power. A good example would be to blame the entire American population for the death of the indians during the 16-19th centuries because we are Americans (even if our family was not in the country at the times indicated).
