Sad news. Loser pay lawsuits can destroy the ex-tort-ion industry and severely restricts progressive funding. Texas passed a loser pays ex-tort-tion suit system.. The City of San Francisco had to reimburse the NRA $800,000 for a lawsuit the City lost against the NRA. This loser pays thing is getting ridiculously out of hand. Britain has the same loser pays system, one law that we do not want to harmonize with.
