Or, it could be the student body spending their own funds on ENTERTAINMENT. Kind of like the same funds that pay for bands to show up or comedians. No tax dollars spent. Student fees, but no tax dollars. If the students don't like it, they can take it up with the group in charge of spending those funds which is student run.
