It's the other guys fault .. who will take responsibility .. Apparently not anyone in DC now.
Who is the president now .. who is in congress now .. who has an unemployment problem now .... who has a serious credibility problem now?
I could think of quite a few unemployed computer and SW engineers in California and for that matter many other states.
