I am not a big poker player. How the hell do you get 5 aces?
Actually, it's totally possible. I am being serious. In real casinos they use multiple decks in order to cut back on card counting. And when you use multiple decks you have dozens of Aces in play, although it's rare you see someone with 5 in one hand. This looks like a computer error tho. and not a shuffling of the deck thing.

I have played in a few casinos and it has always been a single deck. That's why I asked. Makes sense though.
I have played a couple times and seen multiple decks in use each time. So...

Although fOx is correct the info he gave was limited. Poker - is ONE deck dealt at a time, the norm is to use two decks (always two different color backings) and have one shuffling while the other is in play.
This is a system glitch for sure. I've seen a same suited card played once in all of my gaming. The table wasn't stopped immediately but we did have the buy-ins refunded at a later time with an e-mail explanation of what happened and some jibberish promotional bonus.
I think this one is a shop though. There would have been much more talk and an Admin wouldn't have got there that quickly. Could be wrong.

Then there you go... I have been schooled. Now bend over.
