I think it is your average golf ball. It's an above average hit, but I'm sure it does a heck of a lot more distorting than you might imagine.

140 is fast/hard but not so far out of the range of most bigger hitters in the PGA and even closer still are the long drive competition hitters.
The ball in this video has to have been very low compression to distort/pancake that much.
Shit the thing was almost flat.
