It isn't just the fake BC, you have to implant birth notices in a couple different newspapers going back to the date of your birth and edit hospital records to include your birth, and so on.
And even after all that, there is no guarantee that some whackos won't insist you were really born in Bora-Bora or Cuckamunga.

certificate of live birth don't mean jack and the picture of the certificate does not have the seal of hawaii stamped like my pa copy of birth certificate has... Too many variables and wonder why BO protests too much over it's release....
