Kind of a sloppy list, really. There are plenty of jobs you don't see often in movies, which tend to favor the doctors, lawyers, cops, etc accurately shown on the pie chart. Not very many movie roles focus on manufacturing jobs, farming or mining, or even transportation sector jobs. I think the last movie I saw with an automotive engineer as the lead character was Mr Mom in the 1980's. Even sales, surely one of the most common of all jobs, is under represented in the movies and when they are, are usually presented as shifty, underhanded, or as total losers. See Robin Williams in Cadillac Man for a good example of movie sales guys.

How about bankers? A lot of them around, people in banking, but in the movies you see them only as armed robbery victims, cowering on the floor waiting for the bad guys to pick them off or take them hostage.

A lot of people work in the hotel business, but you see them in movies mostly as dumber than a monkey bell hops or as Spanish speaking maids who don't want any trouble so they back away from the crime scene.

Yeah, a better list would not be difficult to come up with.
