Pat Robertson isn't worth the effort. If people would just ignore him he would go away. The problem with Pat isn't that he is crazy or a thief, lots of people are far worse. The problem is that he has some kind of undeserved status as a spokesperson for the Christian faith. A random delusional homeless person could do just as good a job at that as Pat does.
Stop taking him seriously and the problems resolve themselves.
I never took him seriously, but he still does more help than just talk than 80% of the planet.
If by that you mean that a small percentage of the money he talks people out of under false presences sometimes goes to help people, then yeah he helps, of course after he helps himself first.
He is Robin Hood in reverse, taking money from gullible common folks and giving it to a rich guy (himself). The fact that some of that money might also help a few people does not impress me.
He is a confidence man, a grifter, a sleazebag stealing money in God's name.
