Do you whistle while you work too?

Well you singed the petition, so I wondered if you whistled while you work too.

Quite a number of years ago there was a real movement among Christian Conservatives against divorce. Divorce has many negative consequences so it wasn't difficult to come up with a list of very believable talking points against divorce (a big plus is that Jesus is specifically quoted in the New Testament taking a hard line against it).

The campaign was just picking up steam when it was suddenly dropped and never mentioned again by the media of the Religious Right.

It was right at the point where a candidate for president that they liked, a guy with a very public divorce, became a serious contender for the presidency.

Anyone remember the year and the divorced guy's name?

They should probably just require a mandatory death penalty for lying to god. If you say "Til death do us part" and don't mean it, it's the electric chair for you.

Someone needs to be in control of your life this is just helping you. When will people just accept they're simply not capable of making their own decisions and choices.
