I can tell you from experience it is much harder to fix someone else's screw up than to do it right the first time yourself! I expect the same thing applies to Governing the Country!

NONE SHOULD MAKE EXCUSES FOR WHY IT CANNOT BE DONE OR DONE ON TIME
