No child left behind is a disaster. The curriculum becomes so watered down and dumbed down so everyone can pass, no one learns anything.

Good thing too. Washington was a slave owning, black vote suppressing honky, and pro Jim Crow type Republic supporter opposed to Democracy. Most of the founders of the US were also and that is why everything named ofter a US founder should now be named after ML King, Malcolm X, BO, GW Carver, Ceasar Chavez and other such genuine heroes.
A state is better governed which has but few laws, and those laws strictly observed.
