Well, maybe you could address me, who wants both free market health care and laxer drug laws (or really, non-existent drug laws). Quite frankly, how can someone argue for lax drug laws and socialistic health care at the same time (or against lax drugs laws and free market health care)? Lax drugs laws are going to cause health problems in some people, but socialistic health care would (unfairly) cause those who do not use drugs to pay for the care of those who do. Similarly, how can someone argue for free market, but only for things like health care, but argue that people are not responsible enough to use drugs at their discretion? Hell, as a nice side effect, if there were no drugs laws, we no longer would need to go to a doctor to get a prescription (for refills or recurring cases and the like).
