My favorite gross out joke is a Jackie 'The Jokeman' joke where he tells the punchline first and you have to guess the set up. In this case, the punchline is;
"No, but I think the last guy might have been.
My favorite joke to pull is to wait for someone to tell a jew joke, then look at them with the most serious look on my face imaginable and say "You know, my grandfather died in a concentration camp. He got drunk and fell from the guard tower."
If they already know the punchline and say "Let me guess, he fell from the guard tower?" you simply tell them "No, he died when another guard fell on him
