This problem goes much further than Bush, but Congress is the real problem as they set budgets, pass/create laws, and Obama was one of those idiots before he jumped the shark to be the Prez. He breaks our laws to push his fixes, which have destroyed the economy by taking over companies and that decreases the amount people will invest.
