Funny, I can't find anything about the AMA's response to the president's speech that would support your headline that the AMA booed Obama.
The head of the AMA made a few mild statements to the effect that the problem is real, but he isn't sure exactly what Obama intends to do about it, and worries that it might not be something the AMA would support, but that he was willing to discuss it further.
That is what is being reported in the media today, unless you are getting your news from the Daily Alternative Universe.
