There seem to be a lot of these stories where someone misprinted a phone number and accidentally gave a phone sex number instead of the one intended. Is it really that easy to get to a phone sex line just by transposing digits on any random phone number?

Reminds me of one of the first 'dirty' jokes I ever heard, which was about a cereal called "Prostituties" Instead of 'Snap, Crackle, Pop' it just went "BANG!"
It went about this far
