this should be legal. there is no reason why this guy should get in trouble for it. that a memo also used as the "for" line. it is for the person who wrote the check can rember what the ticket is for.
i love writing things in there, the best is to go to some store and put "senual pleasures" in the line. they never notice it , but some one down the road will hehehe
