and who controls the people coming into the USA? So many like to say that Canada is allowing people to come across the USA border. As good as it may sound on Fox news and in the minds of you numbskulls. The USA controls who comes into the USA, not Canada.
I have driven into and out of Canada many times and the border patrol is horrid.
I once had a male friend sleeping as I drove into New York and I wasn't even asked to wake him up to show ID. This was post September 11th by the way.
He's got a point. The Canadians control the people that enter Canada, the US controls the people that enter the US. You can't blame them.
I said I blamed them for being able to cross into the states?
Well, you either were alluding to it or you don't understand the concept of a thread.

I wasn't eluding to anything. I was agreeing with MrChills through first hand experience.

You may want to reread what he said because you weren't agreeing with him...
You weren't even alluding!
For what it's worth, I took your post to mean blaming Canada for leaving the guy free to enter the States, not personally escorting him across the border. If I'm wrong about how these two seem to be thinking forgive me, having a newborn leaves you brain dead.
I know but Vernalex did say I was eluding before he went and changed it. lol
And Happy Belated Mother's Day!
hey, this is how the u.s. democraps want to handle terrorists
how can we complain about canadia?
Too bad we haven't had an GOPers running the government since 9/11. They would have captured bin Laden and tracked down every single al Qaeda member to put a major hurt on them and would never have gotten distracted by any irrelevant side issue like Iraq. Right?
Damn straight, it is democraps that having been letting the terrorists off the hook, ever since George W Bush took office, right?
Oh, look, the sky is lime green on our planet!

hmm, a few key words in the article stand out. suspected, imprisoned for more than three years, wear an electronic monitoring device, his phone calls intercepted.
I hate to say it, but the fact that he's not a proven terrorist should speak the loudest ESPECIALLY to an American, where the legal mantra is "Innocent until proven guilty." AND if he were already an American citizen that is how his case should be handled. The problem with America and all it's liberties is that both the best and the worst people are allowed to do as they please.
Now what's really pissing me off is the fact that these people are being called terrorists in the first place, to be a terrorist I would suspect you would have to perform an act of terrorism. Show me this man's list of crimes before labeling him as such. Then again, the US has enjoyed the use of skin color, ethnicity, and citizenship as evidence to imprison th undeserving. Here we go again is all I have to say--get the internment camps ready.
lil_peeper
And free to cross the border into the United States.
