What a stupid article. It doesn't even tell you WHY he may be going off the air soon.
The FCC is going to impose amazingly large fines. They will make it impossible for Howard Stern's employers to do business. It will be hard for them to renew their FCC license.
Howard Stern is in trouble because of something that happened on the air 3 years ago. Why didn't they care then? Why do they care now? Howard Stern has also broken NO laws at all. No court has declared what he did as indecent. This will not likely make it to court unfortunately.
If you really want to know what's going on, listen to his show (if it's still on in your area).or download the show on your favorite p2p service. Howard is exposing everyone that is involved in this. He has nothing to loose so he is telling the people what is really going on.
