In what way would President Obama be considered a 'warrior of the middle class'?

By the fact that he is a bit less for the 1%ers than Bush was?

Is that really all it takes to be considered a warrior for those you aren't doing much for?

Obama is not and has not been a warrior for the middle class. I don't care what he says.

The guy is a politician, you have to watch what they do and then evaluate what he says.

Sorry, Big T, since I don't begrudge you your vote in any way, just that voting for someone who has zero chance of getting elected has zero appeal for me.

Vote Obama .. look at all the 'change' that he ran on.

Your opinion on his change of getting elected has been prejudiced by the media ... 8 years ago would you have thought that Obama had a chance of being elected. Of course the dems could have run out Pat Paulsen in 2008 and as long as he was the democratic party candidate they would have beaten any republican prez candidate.

Sorry you are so against Ron Paul and the constitution and states rights, illegal wars, Americans dying for heroin growers, oil sheiks, drone bombings, No cuts in government spending, Big Banks getting bailed out, backroom deals, cronyism, war on drugs, rich getting richer .. poor getting poorer ... on and on.

Cant say i begrudge the RP vote, i have quite a few friends who support him.. I do however begrudge someone taking none issues and attempting to turn them into propaganda points like we have here.

Had this been a one time thing to go with the quote mentioned earlier it would be one thing, but this is a habbit point for T which we have had to do several times. And really all it is is propaganda... It would be very easy to put a pic of RP's home up and me claim the same things T is. I just like to think i am above lameness like that.

quote from CBS News

"There has been criticism of the president's vacation at this time. But how does the number of vacation days the president has spent compare to his predecessors? CBS Radio's Mark Knoller has kept track of presidential vacations for years and supplied the data.

So far, President Obama has taken 61 vacation days after 31 months in office. At this point in their presidencies, George W. Bush had spent 180 days at his ranch where his staff often joined him for meetings. And Ronald Reagan had taken 112 vacation days at his ranch.

Among recent presidents, Bill Clinton took the least time off -- 28 days."

So Bush took HALF A YEAR off by this time.

President George W. Bush was constantly slammed for the time he spent at his Texas ranch. He made 77 visits to his 1600 acres in Crawford, totaling 490 days: well over a year.

Comparing Obama to GW .. gish .. that is a down slope all the way. When so many repubs, Independents and nearly all the dems hated GW for the things he did .. the best that my dear lib friends can do is compare his time off to GW?

No comments on the extraordinary digs that Obama is staying in AGAIN this holiday season .. that is what the article was about .. how does that compare to Crawford Texas and GW's own ranch?

as of Jan 2, 2011 (a whole year ago) .... Obama has been president for 712 days. According to figures compiled by CBS News reporter Mark Knoller, who serves as a sort of unofficial White House record-keeper, Obama has spent 339 of those days -- nearly 48 percent -- outside Washington.

Let's not forget the 2011 Obama trips to India, Spain, and South America this year ... how many rounds of golf have been played.

I really don't care that Obama has gone on vacation .. great for him .. my issue was with the very very nice place he is staying at .. and he calls himself a warrior for the middle class! How about all you other middle class folks out there - how many vacation days .. and days away from the office have you had this year?

Obama needs to destroy the middle class to save it! What a great line and so true. He only cares for those union socialist/communist hacks, left liberals, and other lefty wackos as his policies have been off base and has avoided those policies that have worked in the past. Look at those morons he put into power is proof, plus his own actions.
