I did not Know Clinton, Carter, Johnson, BO and other Democrats had these high rates. I know that the John Kennedy John Kennedy tax cuts were a major failure. We want to use the fact that high taxes cause great prosperity in our propo and we seek examples. The poor would have to pay gas taxes but most can' afford a car. We will redistribute the cars owned by other people and give them to the new leaders so all will be equally poor. Those in the US considered poor are rich compared to many other countries -- we will change that to make them as poor as in other countries so they will not have the education or money to rise against us. People poor enough to not pay federal taxes get tax credits - cash from taxpapyers that they can use to pay other taxes, or buy drugs or bling. Most poor enough to not pay federal taxes don't have to pay state or local taxes either. We will change this. The serf must pay homage to the lord of the manor and the ruler of the kingdom.
