I never could see the point of Steak Sauce! A good steak doesn't need anything other than some salt and pepper!

I don't use Worcestershire or any other steak sauces on steaks .. I use Worcestershire in scrambled eggs sometimes, dips, sauces, soups.

I have loved that stuff since early childhood and use in marinades for almost everything except, oddly enough, fish.

Anchovies are odd little creatures...I had no idea that they can be used in the base of linguine and alfredo sauce. Apparently they 'melt'. Saw it with my own eyes.

They sure add a nutty flavor to the dish though.

Trappy's is good stuff. Sure wish I could still find their 'Mexi-pep' hot sauce around here.

You can do what I do and get it on the web. I know shipping and handling is no fun but if you really want it sometimes paying a little extra is worth it. now i'm off to see if I can find this one also...thanks
