He's shoveling money out the door at a faster rate than Bush did. How will he balance the budget by 2012 with all of this and his multi-trillion dollar budget proposal? He'll have to raise taxes to 90% to even come close.

Also, I wouldn't joke about that 90% taxes idea. That is exactly what Congress is proposing doing to the AIG people who are receiving large bonuses, despite the fact that it is completely unconstitutional.
