If you were a writer or other home-based remote worker, this would be a great deal. And if enough people take advantage of it, the value of the real estate should go up in time. Pretty sweet.

I think it was Kansas in this article I read....they compared the flat ness of a pancake to the flatness of Kansas, using a sphere as a base measurement with a value ot 10. The pancake was like 1.69....and the overall average flatness of Kansas was 1.4 something.

I wish I could find it...it was hilarious!!!
