Frankly I don't care what steamed says, the man should walk, and here is why: it just gave every cop in America a way to get around all those pesky constitutional protections. He wants to go through your house without a warrant? every cop knows the local junkie thieves, one "get out of jail free" card later and the cop is going through your stuff. no chain of evidence, no warrant, just doing whatever they want.

Sorry but its BS and the guy should walk. we have to protect our constitution at ALL costs, and if it means the occasional scumbum walks? so be it. the rights of every American is more important.
