It is ridiculous that poor blacks and Hispanics should pay taxes to send rich White and Chineses kids to colleges that they can't attend. The message that the white voters sent to the black and Hispanic citizens of Califorinia is that we don't want our children to mix with your kind because the brown and black might rub off on them.
