Amazing. But I don't consider a BB to be a bullet. When I was a kid, I recall that I could actually watch the BB on its way to the target. 200 fps for a BB, is a little less than twice the speed of the fastest baseball pitch.
Then compare to other muzzle velocities (under MV column).
That said, I doubt I could do it with a baseball bat, let alone a sword.
Dude, it's not even a BB. It's an airsoft pellet. Over 200mph, probably means 300 fps, which is a common velocity for them.
The guy is also about 50 yards away form the shooter it looks like. Airsoft has crap sectional density, which means it loses a lot of velocity fast. According to one guys project for doing exterior ballistics for airsoft, assuming a standard 20g pellet, it's moving at about 50fps by 50 yards.
A slow moving bullet will still be going around 700fps at that distance.
This trick is akin to cutting a pea flicked at you across the lunch table. Which is still difficult, but a WHOLE lot less difficult than what is being sold to you in the headline.

Um. Wow. Seriously.
