An inheritance tax should have taken all of this money so it could have went into government hands to be properly distributed to the right and deserving people, like this deserving man who has been a victim of the man for years. Who knows if this college they gave the money to is proper;y controlled by teachers unions to provide the right message through proper re-education to socially engineer the students? How does the US allow people to unfairly accumulate such wealth in the first place? These are the kind of people that unjustifiably have far more than their fair share of a strictly limited number of pieces of economic pie.
