That is starting to get to be a lot of money!
Chances are McDonalds still wont accept it even tho its valid USC... you have seen those illegal signs at the drive up windows.. no bills over 50$ accepted...commie bassards
There was a link on here a while ago about a McDonald's cashier refusing a two dollar bill claiming that it was fake.
I saw one where the guy tried to spend a $2, the cashier calls the cops saying some guy is trying to pay with counterfeit money. The cop says "What is it?" the cashier replies "Heh! Its a $2" the cop says "Why would someone counterfeit a $2?" the cashier says "Yeah, especially when there's no such thing as a $2 bill."
It was hysterical what kinds of trouble this guy got himself into and out of with $2 bills.
lmao
Where the hell was this?
I can't remember now. The guy would go to the bank, get a shit ton of $2 bills, mark them, then spend them around town. Then he's go back to the bank get more to see if his circulated back to him, or if they just vanished.
I'll see if I can find it through Ye Olde Google.
And to think a bank would hunt me down if I missed even 1 single payment on a loan...
I bet counterfeit $100's are going to be worth more than actual Fed Reserve notes soon.
I cashed a paycheck at BOA a while back and the teller gave me a fake $1. It was completely faded except the serial number on one side only was bright-fucking-new.
So far I haven't been passed any bogus notes, but once I did get a Canadian quarter from a gas station. I pulled it from my own hand, that the cashier just deposited my change into, held it up for her and asked if I could get a quarter instead. She replied "Oh, we don't accept Canadian money here."
I seriously wondered if I could have cold-cocked her and got away with it.
peter
So its roughly a lot more then I have in my pocket.
