Cool. My favorite that got me many a beer when I use to go to bars a lot.
Take a bill (of any denomination youre willing to bet) put an empty beer bottle upside down on the bill (center) tell who ever youre betting if they can get it out with knocking the bottle over its theirs. They are not allowed to touch the bottle in anyway or have someone else touch it for them. Must will try a couple of times to yank the bill out, without studying the actual odds Im gonna say its near impossible, bottle will drop every time.
The way you do it: Grab one end of the bill and start rolling it, once you get to the bottle continue to slowly roll the bill from the end until the bottle pushes off it.

Yup, many a beer won with that
